Education

We believe that libraries are corridors through which all sorts of education can flow, whether support of formal education or personal goals that individuals have. We can learn through all sorts of avenues, whether experiences through fiction or nonfiction, access to the internet, participation in story time or an art class, or conversations with other members of our community.

Enrichment

We believe that libraries are centers for enrichment, for individuals, families, and the community as a whole. Providing resources, space, and collaboration, libraries bring value to the community that they live in.

Enjoyment

And of course, we believe that libraries are the starting point of all sorts of enjoyment, through books, media, programs, technology, relationships, and so much more.

Lowville Free Library is a chartered association library and 501(c)3 nonprofit. We are a member of North Country Library System.
